After starting the season with a 10-0 blowout of hosts Mayfield, the UHA boys’ soccer team found thing more difficult on Thursday night, dropping a 4-1 road contest with Ohio County.
The Blazers found themselves down 3-1 at the halftime break, with Ethan Hale scoring the Blazers’ goal off an assist from Will Bryan. The Eagles added a second-half insurance goal for the final 3-goal margin. Will Maxwell had 5 saves in goal for the Blazers.
UHA will kick off 8th-District play on Saturday when the Fort Campbell Falcons make the trip to Givens Field.
