Todd County Central does not have a volleyball coach in place with less than a month before the official start of the season. However, that hasn’t stopped the players from conducting summer workouts in preparation for the 2019 season. Freshman Lucy Chester will be one of the players the new coach will look to provide some early leadership. She and her Lady Rebel teammates have been busy this week conducting a youth camp at South Todd Elementary School that has been attended by over two dozen girls.
