A member of the Lyon County baseball team was among those to have big days during the opening day of the Kentucky Top Prospect Games Tuesday. The event features some of the best up and coming talent from across the state in a showcase setting at Western Kentucky University.
Lyon County sophomore Brody Williams is among those appearing in the showcase, and gave a good showing of his skills during the opening day. Williams ended up his first game going 2-3 at the plate, and drove in a pair of runs.
The two day event continues Wednesday in Bowling Green.
