The Caldwell County baseball team kicked off the 2nd Region tournament by knocking-off hosts Union County 4-1 on Monday morning behind six strong innings on the mound by Gabe East. East scattered only four hits with five walks and six strikeouts to claim the win.
East also got the job done at the plate, driving in what would turn out to be the winning runs in the in the top of the sixth. Watch as East finds the perfect spot to drop an RBI single in this Max’s Moment.
