Logan County did all of their scoring in three innings as they handed Todd County Central a 13-1 district loss Tuesday in Elkton.
The Cougars scored three times in the first inning, six more in the third, and four times in the fifth inning.
Todd County’s run came in the first inning when Austin Rager, Clayte Weathers, Tanner Farmer walked to load the bases. Bryce Nolan coaxed a walk to force in a run without a hit in the inning.
Rager had both of the Rebel hits in the game.
Dylan Penick and Chandler Silvey each had three hits for Logan County (16-4, 4-0), who extended their winning streak over Todd County Central to 25 straight games dating back to 2010.
Todd County (2-6, 1-3) travels to Hart County Thursday. The Rebels beat the Raiders 6-1 on April 12.
