Lyon County survived a late Caldwell County rally to win 10-9 Saturday afternoon in Eddyville.
Caldwell scored five times in the sixth and three times in the seventh to tie the game at 9-9, but Lyon won it on Travis Yancy’s RBI single to right with two outs in the bottom of the seventh.
The Lyons have now won seven straight games and are 11-5. Caldwell is 7-7.
