Anna Moore finished second at the Jan Weaver Invitational hosted by Murray State, helping the Racers to a third place team finish.
Moore shot an even par 216 over the three rounds, with her best round coming Thursday at 2-under. The University Heights Academy alum finished five shots behind Eastern Kentucky’s Elsa Moberly who shot 5-under and took medalist honors.
Eastern Kentucky won the team title with a score of 297, edging both Rutgers (297) and Murray State (307). Miller Memorial Golf Course played host to the event.
Murray State looks to defend their Ohio Valley Conference team title April 15 when they begin play in the conference championship at the Shoals Golf Club in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.
