With the start of a new season rapidly approaching, the Hoptown Hoppers have announced the first group of players who will be a part of this year’s team. One of the first six players announced is a current member of the UHA Blazers baseball team.
General Manager Ted Jatczak announced Thursday morning that UHA senior, and Mississippi State signee Drew McGowan will play for the Hoppers during the 2019 season. Other Hopper players announced Thurday morning include:
Jacob Jenkins – Junior – Western Kentucky University
Charlie Fisher – Freshman – Southern Mississippi
Jaylon Wilbon – Freshman – University of Memphis
Robbie McCargar – Sophomore – Butler University
Cameron Hill – Freshman – Georgia College & State University
