Hits were tough to come by for University Heights Academy Thursday as the Lady Blazers were no-hit by Jaycie Jackson of Christian Fellowship in a 16-0 Lady Eagle win.
Jackson only struck out three and walked one but induced the Lady Blazers into four groundouts and two fly outs. She also had two hits and two RBIs for CFS as the plate as they scored 12 runs in the second inning.
Christian Fellowship improved to 6-1 on the season with their fifth straight win.
UHA dropped to 1-4 with the loss. The Lady Blazers will have spring break as a chance to regroup before returning to action Monday, April 8 in the Second Region All-A Classic. UHA will host Lyon County.
