The battle of crosstown rivals, on the tennis courts of Ruff Park, went to Hopkinsville Tuesday afternoon, as the Tigers and Lady Tigers defeated the Christian County Colonels and Lady Colonels. On the boys side, Hopkinsville dominated in the singles matches, while Christian County swept the doubles matches. Hoptown built enough of a margin in the singles play to take the match 5-4. In the girls play, Hopkinsville won all but one single match to win the day 8-1.
