In one of the best 2nd Region tournament performances in recent memory, UHA’s KyKy Tandy scored 36 points, 32 of them coming in the first half, as the UHA Blazers rolled past Caldwell County 96-60 in the first regional semifinal game Friday night at Madisonville.
