Caldwell County picked up its first win at the 2nd Region tournament in 12 years on Monday, knocking off 6th District champion Union County 67-64 at Madisonville-North Hopkins High School.
The Tigers, now 19-10, will next play University Heights in the semifinals on Friday at 6 p.m.
