The Heritage Christian offense was running at high octane Friday night. The Warriors scored at least 20 points in every quarter on their way to an 88-67 win over Glasgow Christian.
In the first half, the HCA attack was led by Gavin Fowler and Rajah Mills. Fowler scored ten points in the first quarter and ten more in the second quarter, while Mills added six in the first and six more in the second. Heritage would lead 22-16 after the first quarter. The Warriors then extended that lead to 42-28 at the break.
While Fowler and Mills slowed down just a bit in the second half. Dalton Folz picked up the scoring pace for the Warriors. Folz came up with 11 points in the 3rd quarter and four more in the 4th to help keep the offensive attack rolling for HCA.
The Warriors saw their lead trimmed to 62-50 after the third quarter. But, HCA then sealed the deal in the final quarter by outscoring Glasgow 26-17 to pick up a solid win.
Gavin Fowler was the top scorer for the Warriors with 27 points. Dalton Folz and Rajah Mills scored 17 points each. Dakota Brake and Elijah Britton chipped in with 8 points each.
Glasgow Christian was led by Jacob Shaw with 25 points. Blaine Wertson added 18 points.
