Caldwell County wrestlers claimed the team championship and Seth Slayton was named the Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Calloway County Laker Invitational on Saturday in Murray.
Slayton was one of three individual champions in the event for Caldwell, with Dylan Walls and John Paredes also claiming their weight classes.
The Tigers also got fourth-place finishes from James Jones and Ethan Newsome.
Caldwell’s wrestlers are scheduled to compete in tournament action at Fort Knox this weekend.
