A coach never wants to admit the other team wanted to win more than their own, but that was the assessment of Todd County Central Coach Frank Johnson after the Rebels lost to Cumberland County 71-67 Thursday in the 4th Region All-A Classic semifinals in Elkton. He says the Rebels need to figure some things out before the 13th District Tournament begins next month.
