
Trigg County softball senior Logan Darnall will take her versatility to Rend Lake College in advancement of her athletic and academic career. She made the announcement Thursday on social media.
Darnall was an All-District and All-Region selection as a junior after hitting .384 with a home run and 11 RBIs in 2018. She had five extra base hits and scored 21 runs for the Lady Wildcats.
She is a career .346 hitter with 11 extra base hits and 27 RBIs. She has 18 career stolen bases and an on-base percentage of .421.
Darnall has played a variety of positions in her Trigg career and settled at shortstop last year.
She is the third Lady Wildcat that will continue their softball career in college, joining Hannah Colbert (John A. Logan) and Ashlyn Keller (Brescia).
