Todd County Central looks to right the ship this week at the South Central Bank-Halton Classic at Allen County-Scottsville.
The Rebels will play Daviess County (3-6) Thursday afternoon at 2:30. Todd County has dropped five of six games heading into the holiday tournament. The lone win during that time was an 85-78 overtime win over Campbellsville in the opener of the Warren East Holiday Hoops Classic.
Four of Daviess County’s six losses are by single digits. They dropped two of three games last week at the Owensboro Invitational Tournament.
They are in the same side of the bracket with host Allen County-Scottsville (9-2) and Sayre (2-7). The Rebels already own a 72-59 loss to ACS earlier in the month.
The upper bracket features Franklin-Simpson (4-6) vs. Owensboro Catholic (7-2) and Henderson County (7-3) vs. Greenwood (5-4).
Tournament play will continue Friday and Saturday.
