He developed into one of the top receivers in Western Kentucky, and now he will get the chance to showcase those skills on the collegiate level. Caldwell County senior Oliver Parker signed his papers Wednesday afternoon to attend Western Kentucky University.
Parker had previously announced his intention to attend WKU back in October through his Twitter account.
Parker was among the top receivers in the state in terms of receiving yards per game. Parker also averaged right at 20 yards per catch during the 2018 season, helping lead the Tigers to the Class 3A regional semifinals.
