The Fort Campbell Falcons picked up their second win in as many nights Friday night. The Falcons went on the road, coming away with a 69-60 win at Christian Fellowship. The Falcons had knocked off Dawson Springs at home on Thursday night.
The Falcons went aerial early in the ballgame. Fort Campbell used the 3-point attack to take a 17-15 lead at the end of the opening quarter. The Falcons got three 3-point shots in the quarter, two from Cameron Pratt and one from Jaylen Allen.
Christian Fellowship battled their way to the front in the 2nd quarter. They outscored the Falcons 19-16 to take a slim one point lead into the locker room at the half.
The Falcons tightened their defense up in the 3rd quarter, holding Christian Fellowship to just 12 points in the quarter. Pratt and Doryan Hall connected from behind the arc to help move the Falcons in front 51-46 headed into the final quarter.
Fort Campbell was then able to hold Christian Fellowship at bay during the 4th quarter and move the score on out to the final nine point margin.
Cameron Pratt paced the Falcons with 18 points. Doryan Hall added 14, while Jaylen Allen connected for 13.
Christian Fellowship was led by Nathanael Hummel with 17 points. Ari Phillips scored 16, and Mikey Bivin added 13.
Fort Campbell improves to 3-3 on the season. Christian Fellowship drops to 2-8.
