Midway University cross country runner Dylan Simpson has been named a River States Conference Scholar-Athlete for the fall sports season.
The Dawson Springs High School alum is a freshman at Midway and competed on the school’s inaugural cross country season.
In order to receive the scholar-athlete honor, students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 and must have achieved at least a sophomore academic status.
