Madisonville used a 31-6 second quarter run to coast past Dawson Springs 76-35 and pick up their first district win of the season Friday at the Panther Pit.
The Maroons jumped out to a 25-12 first quarter lead before the big second frame caused the second half to be played via running clock.
13 different players scored for Madisonville, led by Kenny White and Keshawn Stone who each had 10 points. Ksuan Casey added seven points for the Maroons (3-1).
Skylar Clark reached double figures for Dawson Springs with 10 points, with Landon Pace adding seven points.
Dawson Springs (2-2) will play Lyon County Saturday afternoon at the Messenger Tipoff Classic in Madisonville.
