The Heritage Christian Academy girls’ basketball kicked off the weekend’s KCAA Holiday Classic with a victory over Somerset on Friday night, but found things more difficult on Saturday. The Lady Warriors fell 43-27 to Oak Ridge Christian in the morning game, before losing to Trinity Christian Academy 40-32 later in the afternoon. Afterward, Coach Matt McGowan was pleased with his team’s effort, and talked about what they can do to put more points on the board.
