Trigg County junior catcher Ashlyn Keller signed to continue her softball career at Brescia University in a ceremony at the TCHS library on Thursday. Keller joins a number of former local softball standouts on the Bearcats roster, including former Trigg pitcher Allison Russell, Courtney Klueppel and Lanie Oden from Lyon County, Cassie Moss and Courtney Beverly from Crittenden County, and Michaela Robertson from Todd County Central.
Last season, Keller posted a .992 fielding percentage and committed only 2 errors in 251 chances at catcher. She collected 4 doubles and 6 RBI at the plate, while helping the Lady Wildcats to their second-straight winning record.
