A solid effort in his most extensive amount of playing time this season for a former Christian County Colonel. Detorrion Ware saw a total of 12 minutes of action, scoring 16 points for Jacksonville State Wednesday in the Gamecocks 101-61 win over Carver College.
Ware was 4 of 6 from the field, including 2 of 4 from 3-point range. The freshman also connected on 6 of 8 from the free throw line. He added three rebounds to his effort.
Ware has now scored in double figures twice this season for Jacksonville State, and appeared in four of the Gamecocks six games.
