Things come in twos for Trigg County’s two-sport star Riley Stallons. On the football field, he wears No. 22. In his career, he has two 100-yard interceptions for touchdowns — the only player in Kentucky football history known to accomplish the feat. He finishes his Wildcat career with 13 interceptions.
On the baseball diamond, Stallons wears No. 2. As a junior, he hit grand slams in consecutive games for the Wildcats, the only player known to accomplish that in Trigg baseball history.
With Stallons starting to pick up college offers in both football and baseball, he has some tough decisions to make. For now, he is going to enjoy the ride and make a decision on which college and which sport at a later time.
