University Heights Academy runner Tomas Duncan has seen marked improvement in the past two years. After finishing 15th at the Class A State Meet as a freshman, the Blazer sophomore knocked 42 seconds off that time and finished seventh at Saturday’s state meet. He said he has already begun to set goals for 2019.
