The Christian County Lady Colonels won for the 7th time in their last ten matches Tuesday evening. The Lady Colonels went on the road to Dixon and came away with a four set win over Webster County.
Christian County took control of the match out of the gate, winning the first set 25-15. The Lady Colonels then won the second set in a bit more of a battle, 25-21.
The Lady Trojans tried to get back in the match in the 3rd set. Webster County won the set 25-18, cutting the Christian County lead to two sets to one.
However, Christian County rebounded strong in the 4th set. The Lady Colonels rolled through the set 25-17 to close out the match three sets to one.
The Lady Colonels up their mark on the season to 11-15, while Webster County drops to 14-13.
Christian County returns to action Thursday when they host Franklin-Simpson on Senior Night. The Lady Colonels will then close out the regular season this weekend in the Toyota of Hopkinsville Western Kentucky Smack Down.
