Tobias Duncan of Saints Peter and Paul Elementary School won the Gatorland Run hosted by Greenwood High on a rainy Saturday in Bowling Green.
The sixth grader covered the mile-and-a-quarter in a time of 7:08, which was 45 seconds ahead of the second place finisher.
Ryan Luckey finished ninth, followed by Josiah Braboy (17th), Elias Braboy (18th), Matt Baker (35th), Garrett Bowling (42nd), Victor Hatcher (72nd), Ronan Sallie (90th), Austin Rogers (103rd), and Lucas Stine (123rd).
As a team, Sts. Peter and Paul finished in second place.
In the middle school boys’ race, Nic Luckey finished 38th, while Eva Blankenberger was 35th in the middle school girls’ race and Alaina Rogers was 89th.
