The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers picked up their second win of the soccer season and their first shutout of the season Tuesday night. Hopkinsville controlled the match from beginning to end as they rolled past Paducah Tilghman by the score of 6-0.
The Lady Tigers got big nights from Keeli Miles and Ana Hernandez, who combined to score all six Lady Tiger goals with a hat trick apiece. Miles and Hernandez each assisted the other on one of their goals as well. The two combined to take 21 shots on goal during the match. Nora Snyder also had an assist for the Lady Tigers.
Hopkinsville led at the break 3-0, and then added three more goals in the second half to reach the final six goal margin.
Hopkinsville improves to 2-2 on the season, while Paducah Tilghman falls to 1-1.
