After leading by only one goal at the half, the Murray Tigers put the Caldwell County Tigers away with four unanswered goals in the second half on their way to a 5-1 win Saturday. Murray led only 1-0 at the break, with that goal coming on a penalty kick by Charles Pemwell at the 24 minute mark.
Murray then took control of the contest in the second half with goals coming at the 46, 59, 74, and 75 minute marks. Two of the goals came from Murray senior Nick Bokeno.
The loss drops the Caldwell County Tigers to 0-3 on the season. They return to action Tuesday evening when they host Caldwell County at Butler Stadium.
