
Todd County Central dropped their third straight match to start the 2018 volleyball season, but first-year coach Morganne Mullen is seeing a light at the end of the tunnel and not a train.
The Lady Rebels dropped a three-set affair to Butler County 25-15, 25-18, 25-17 Thursday in Elkton and dropped to 0-3 on the season. Todd County had trouble Thursday with their service game and failed to mount a run – scoring consecutive points just four times in the first set.
Butler County improved to 4-0 on the season and have won nine of ten matches this season.
Todd County Central will go for their first win of the season Tuesday in a 13th District match at Franklin-Simpson.
