
Trigg County finished eighth as a team at the Paducah Tilghman Golf Invitational Saturday at the Paxton Park Golf Course.
Hunter Reynolds led the way for the Wildcats with a score of 78 followed by three teammates in the 80s – Grayson Thomas (84), Caleb Federspiel (86), and Darrin Goodwin (88).
Marshall County’s Jay Nimmo blistered the course with a 66 to take medalist honors. Reynolds’ score was good for a tie for tenth place.
On the girls’ side, Alex Ethridge shot a 102 to finish 26th. Graves County’s Nicole Taylor won with a score of 72.
Trigg County will play at the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club Monday.
