Another day, more delays as it pertains to the 2nd Region baseball and softball tournaments. With the threat of severe weather Thursday evening, officials at both tournament sites decided Thursday afternoon to delay games until Friday.
For softball, the conclusion of the suspended Christian County-Madisonville game is now set for Friday evening at 5:30pm at Hopkins Central. The second semifinal game between Caldwell County and Crittenden County will take place 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.
The 2nd Region baseball championship game between Christian County and Union County is now set for 7:00pm Friday. The game will be played at Christian County High School.
