Hopkinsville’s Jayla Rose scored 25 points to lead Hopkinsville to a 75-40 win over Crittenden County in the first round of the Girls’ Second Region Tournament Monday. She is averaging 15 points over her last five games and says it’s part of the team playing better basketball of late.
