Christian County senior Alexis Poor has announced that she will continue her volleyball career at Lindenwood University in Belleville, Illinois.
Poor, a setter for the Lady Colonels, averaged six assists per set and finished her senior season with 578 assists, 102 digs, 56 kills, and 40 aces.
She was also honored before the season by being named to the 2017 Under Armour Watch List by the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
Lindenwood is a NCAA Division II school that competes in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association. The Lions were 20-13 last year and lost to Central Oklahoma in the first round of the Division II Tournament.
