Rachel West notched a triple-double for Heritage Christian Academy in their 45-31 win over Somerset Christian Friday at Warrior Gym. West scored 20 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and had 10 steals as No. 1 HCA improved to 10-1 in conference play.
HCA broke open a 22-19 halftime lead with a 17-0 third quarter run, with Hope Flournoy scoring eight of her 12 points in the quarter. Flournoy added seven rebounds.
Logan Gibson gave the Lady Warriors a boost off the bench with six points.
Ali Ricks led No. 8 Somerset with 15 points.
HCA returns to action today at Franklin Road Academy.
