Fort Campbell finished in 27th place at the Class 2A Boys’ State Cross Country Meet Saturday in an event that saw most of those who also ran last year post slower times over the 3.1-mile course. Fort Campbell’s runners averaged a time of 19:33, which was actually better than Hopkins County Central who finished one spot ahead of them.
Falcon Coach Vicki Gibson was pleased with the outcome of Saturday’s race.
