Since the Caldwell County Tigers moved up to Class 3A in 2015, they have opened the playoffs each year with the Hart County Raiders. Each year, the game has been at Tiger Stadium. Each year, the game has been over early, as the Tigers have outscored the Raiders 99-23 in the past two playoffs. While the Raiders come in this year with a record of 2-8, and Caldwell County is the opposite at 8-2, Tiger head coach David Barnes is advising his team to overlook no one at this point.
