Heritage Christian Academy picked up their 13th win of the season Thursday with a straight set win over Jo Byrns, TN.
HCA jumped out to an early lead behind the serving of Skyler Crisp and great defensive play of Alyvia Stokes and Meredith Crunk. Stokes was a perfect 11 for 11 on serve receives.
Allie Schluckenbier and Anna Waldron controlled the front line with six blocks and seven kills. Setter Allie Maternowski controlled the offense with nine assists.
“I was proud of our overall play, defensive coverage and aggressive attacks,” HCA Head Coach Eldridge Rogers.
HCA (13-6), ranked seventh in this week’s KCAA Power Poll, travels to Louisville Friday to play 12th ranked Highland Latin.
