A tough stretch for the Christian County volleyball team continued as they traveled to Madisonville Tuesday night. The Lady Maroons edged out the Lady Colonels 3-1 in a match played in Madisonville. Madisonville won the opening set of the night 25-19.
Christian County roared back and took the second set 25-15. The Lady Maroons took the final two sets 25-14 and 25-17 to claim the match.
The loss drops Christian County to 2-9 on the season, while Madisonville goes to 5-2.
