The UHA Lady Blazers rebounded from their loss to Caldwell County in the All A with a win over their crosstown rivals, the Christian County Lady Colonels. After dropping the opening set 16-25, UHA roared back to win the next three sets 25-13, 25-21, and 25-19. Strong net play over the final three sets was a big part of the Lady Blazer success.
With the win, UHA goes to 2-2 on the season, while Christian County falls to 1-2.
Christian County won the freshman match 21-12 and 21-19, while UHA took the JV contest 20-9, 7-21, and 23-21.
