Hopkinsville wrestler Nick Owens will continue his career at Lindsey Wilson College. He joins teammate Cameron DeArmond who also signed with the Columbia, Kentucky school.
Owens only wrestled at Hopkinsville his senior season where he was second in the region in the 195-pound class. He won three matches at the state meet before losing in the consolation round.
Hopkinsville wrestling coach Kris Perry thinks the Tiger duo will be a good fit at Lindsey Wilson, who finished as NAIA runner-up this past season. The Blue Raiders have finished in the top three two of the last three seasons.
